  Best overall place to get a cell phone. The staff here are far less high pressure sellers. They seemed to want to help far more than anyone else in cell phone sales. Even the regular Best Buy store was terrible in comparison.

  Bought our phones here but only because of attractive deals. Staff were bored and reluctant to help at all; one said that he could call our carrier to arrange the transition but didn't and when we came back was openly mocking other customers to other staff when they were out of earshot.

  Dealt with Chiv at the store. Called her the night before to put a phone on hold as she only had one left in stock. There were some difficulties with my account and she took care of all of it with a rep on the phone from Telus. She was very knowledgable about the phones and transferring contact, photos and more! Patience is a virtue when coming to purchase a new phone as it's not an easy process. It may take a bit longer than you think so make sure you have time when you go in to visit the store! Highly recommended to everyone! Financing available with 0% option so you do not have to pay up front out of pocket!

  Had to get my SIM card cut but didn't know where to go/didn't want to risk doing it myself. Staff quickly and kindly used their SIM card cutter for me free of charge. Thank you!
