  So a few days ago on March 21st I decided to pay the store a visit and see if there was a solution ( love the comfort of Merrell's) and spoke with Christa in the store who after a brief look-see said "I can fix this" and proceeded to remove the squeeky insoles and gave me a brand new set of insoles - No charge! - with the comment "our customers satisfaction is our most important priority!

  My mother and I were in the Woodgrove location on Saturday Dec. 03 and my mom accidentally bumped into a young female worker. My mom turned and apologized and lightly touched the woman on the shoulder. The employee looked disgusted, pulled away and very rudely said "please don't". It wasn't the words themselves it was how she said it and her actions. This employee also gave my mom a dirty look and went out of her way to avoid walking by her when we were still browsing. My mom is close to 80 years old and hard of hearing. She is also a sensitive person. I'm just glad my mom didn't notice this employee's actions but I certainly did and will never go back.

  Very good selection and professional attentive service, even though the store was very busy. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at 'Step Ahead' and I have problematic feet.

  We were treated quite poorly when my wife and I attempted to shop with our four year old in tow. Our son was holding my hand when he reached to touch something and was snapped at by staff. In the middle of being helped, the staff person saw someone she knew enter the store. After hugs and exclamations, we were left hanging. We left and received amazing service from another specialty shoe store in the same mall.

  Attempted twice to get any kind of customer assistance here. Staff act like customers are a nuisance to be avoided, I've given up.
