  Every time we have checked the hours and headed out, they have been closed. It says on here that they are open until 10:30 but they have been closed at 9:00 both times. Very frustrating. Updated hours of operation would be helpful.

  I enjoyed an excellent bacon cheese burger fries and a small dipped in Chocolat vanilla icecream cone for under $ 7.00 bucks. Service was fast friendly and polite. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our super. Thank for making my return home from the hospital so thoroughly enjoyable.

  I went to the driven last night, 2 August 17 and after waiting in line for 10 to 15 minutes, I got up to the microphone where you place your order and there was a sign saying "Credit/Debit machine not working - cash only please. At this point, not having any cash with me, I asked to speak to the manager, who turned out to be a young lady. I asked her why they had not posted the sign back at the start of the line up, as now, I was stuck in line and could not go forward no backward" Her less than intelligent answer was "we cannot put signs up everywhere". I said, one sign at the start of the line up would suffice, and then people without cash could turn outs to the parking lot and go inside the store. She repeated, we cannot put signs up everywhere. In fairness, she did offer to let me pay by debit card, but, by this time, my wife had gone into the store, got our order, and we had finished it prior to being able to get out of the line up. I think you need to train your managers about customer service and maybe even where to put up there one sign.

  I tend to visit this dairy queen fairly often and have noticed something has not tasted right over the last few visits. My question is who is responsible to change the fryer oils. It is completely unacceptable, will someone please contact me with who is in charge of the fryer its totally

  Normally I love dairy queen. Came here two times. Drive through is the slowest I've being in. Long wait, food was great the first time. Second time its like my burger was sitting out for too long, the paddies got dry at the edges, and the cheese was somewhat melted. Like they took old paddies, and microwaved it. Will not visit this location again.
