    I was lost on my way to Tofino. Brandon Ouellet, the service manager, was so helpful. He printed out the directions and reviewed them with me. The other staff member told me to be prepared for a several hour drive because the road was very "twisty." She was right. Thank you so much for your courtesy and your help!!

    I cancelled my scheduled appointment with the Toyota dealership for routine maintenance so I could give BCAA a chance to do the same work. The Toyota franchise wanted $430 to do the recommended maintenance. BCAA did exactly the same work for $78. That's seventy-eight dollars, including 10% discount for being a member, and a discount for their grand opening. The work was quick, professional and courteous. I will never take my car to Nanaimo Toyota again when BCAA did what needed to be done for a fraction of the former's estimate.
