  I found more than I had planned on in a clean, comfortable, inviting store. Staff were very friendly, thorough, & detailed. I was really impressed!

  Super happy with my purchase, and especially the customer service at the Nanaimo location. They were so helpful, and when they phoned to say my dining table was in they said they had a 15% off Dining Event going on, and if I brought my receipt (which I forgot, by the way, but it wasn't an issue) they would credit my account. I will be back! :-)

  Very long and painful story made short, the order was plagued with all sorts of problems. Bottom line? Either someone was not telling the truth when they confirmed by order was ready to go or they must have sold some of items that were mine in the warehouse and neglected to tell me the items were no longer available for pick up until less than 24 hours before pick up time. They gave me multiple excuses and different stories depending on who was talking. I had to search different stores to piece my original order back together and more than two weeks later I am still without my coffee table and an armoire.

  I placed a very large order well in advance of when I needed it. I verified twice that I would be able to have our movers pick it up from their warehouse. Twice. From two different parties.

  If you are buying direct from a store and walking out with your purchase in your hands, you're probably okay. But their warehouse customer service and delivery service is absolutely appalling and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone no matter how much you want that piece of furniture.

  The sales staff at this store are fantastic! This store is very nicely decorated with lots of displays and ideas for my home. Very nice experience.

  Your staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was scouting it out for furniture and saw many unusual and craft pieces I would consider for my next purchase there. And they allow our dogs to help with the selections.
