    Worst service ever. Bought a new dishwasher that is sitting in my living room because the person who Best Buy hired to install it has not arrived. I have tried calling the store as well as the installer and I cannot reach anyone. We paid extra for this service.

    I always seem to find exactly, "What I am looking for here?" I am always pleased with the service I get as well. Not only do I get the best answers but the best solutions for my complex situations I find myself getting into as a tech guy that uses hardware to generate business for myself and my customers. My relationship with my customers is very sensitive and I can not afford the luxury of having something go wrong in the middle of a presentation. Thank you very much for listening and guiding me to the answers that are most relevant to operation.

    Had a great experience there thanks Adam P. Super knowledgeable, extremely friendly and most importantly, very honest. My girlfriend and I were looking for a wireless speaker, and Adam was able to help us narrow it down and didn't force a choice upon us. He did everything he could to help us, including calling several stores to find the one we wanted since it was out of stock due to a promo. I wish everyone shared his enthusiasm and professionalism in the sales industry. It made my girlfriend and I feel much more comfortable and didn't make us think he was only trying to make a sale.

    Everytime i go to this store i have to physically go and find someone to help me. Usually see a bunch of employees standing around. Really bad knowledge and service.

    Was sold laptop that was 50 dollars off on boxing day. All they had was a used model they offered for an additional 50 dollars off. Figured it was an okay buy. After waiting for 30 minutes due to staff not having walkie talkies and poor communication skills. Got my laptop home. Took off the bubble wrap and found it had melted onto the area where the battery is. Terrific sign. They verified it worked. It took 3 days to set up and even then was bugging and was working only a fraction better than my 4 year old laptop that I bought for less than half the price of this one. Found out on my receipt that they took 50 dollars off the original retail price not the sale price. They sold me a used laptop for the same price as a new one. Upon this realization I found out I had one day left to return it. The return took about 3 minutes. They didn't even check the laptop nor ask for id. They asked for my name, phone number and the credit card I used to pay with. Literally anyone couldve taken this back with my basic information. Happy they took it back. Not happy with how unprofessional this store was. Never shopping at Best Buy again.

    They never answer phone calls so forget about finding out if they have an item in store or not. I 100% will never shop at best buy nanaimo again.
