  Automotive customer service, very bad. Absolutely no manners. The old management was much better. At least they had some people skills. I took my car to them, told them my problem. Didn't say thank you for bringing it in. Or say thank you when i paid. My issue was the cooling system. They told me I had bad rotors & tires. Nothing but insults on the car. I will never bring any vehicle of mine to Canadian Tire again. These kinds of people make people like Me want to get a backyard mechanic. At least your key tags have manners. That's where the star comes in. Train your employees in customer service. I paid $70 for insults. Thanks

  Very helpful staff. Love that they have great sales all year rather than just at Christmas time.

  Fantastic if you enjoy being treated like a shoplifter for having a backpack. Really adds something special to the shopping experience.

  Always good service from the parts department. Only issues I have had were corporate policy but to date I have been able to resolve with a call to the head office. I feel that is a common thing with larger companies. What I liked about the parts guy was that he didn't assume things - he made sure that the parts and tools were right for all my jobs. Over the past year I have bought a few thousand in parts and tools. Every time I have had the same person help me at the counter. This positive review is more about him.

  We do a lot of shopping here like many Canadians. Nice big modern store located in a small mall with a BIG food store anda BC Liquor store. ALL the essentials.
