  Lots of brand name items, specifically, those designed for a younger crowd. Prices are a bid high, but you pay for the brand name.

  I was at zumiez today in Nanaimo and got a deck from the 50 dollar bin and they charged me 80 dollars for it not happy about that at all

  I bought some things here for Christmas gifts and asked the employee if these items were returnable as they are for my teen and who knows what they like. I was assured that all items I purchased were returnable. When i went to return an item after Christmas I was told that the item I was returning was a final sale and was not returnable. I told the employee what I was told before I bought it and she went to get the manager, I was refunded only half price. Not very happy and the customer service was very bad. Will not be shopping at this store again.
