  Nice atmosphere, service has been great, but the washrooms are very cramped and always gross or in need of maintenance.(It may help to change/wash the mop head more) We noticed the general item prices raised too, so we go less often now. Also, most of the time we end up ready to eat here its breakfast only, so we don't.

  Homeless begging for money cigarettes inside McDonalds . It seems you can't even have breakfast without this occurring in Nanaimo now. And if that wasn't bad enough everywhere we go we have to look for hypodermic needles like give me a break Enuff is Enuff I'm not one for government but I think it's time they stepped up to the plate and sorted this problem out

  Just another Nanaimo McDonald's. Staff we very pleasant to deal with. Service was not the fastest I've encountered, but food was served with a smile.

  The new garlic parmasan seasoned fries were horribly greasy! My girlfriend and I both tried them and both of us had soaking wet fries half way to the bottom of the box. Thought I would give them a chance but never again. Otherwise this is quite a nice location, good food, decent service, and fairly clean.

  Have received freezer burnt buns on many occasions. Otherwise the food tastes like any ol' McDonald's.
