  Made an order on the phone around 8:00pm. Picked up in 20 minutes. Food was excelent, prices were excelent, and portions were great. We will definitely be ordering again.

  Moved to lantzville a year ago and ordered from them a few times. Decent chinese food.

  Depending when you order, they can be very busy. Usually mid week, and weekends. I like their portions, combos can be shared between two people. Their chowmein varies time to time as well, sometimes its pulled chicken or that processed stuff. Sweet and sour, which is my favorite, comes a little hard sometimes with too much or too little sauce. I'd like it if separate orders of other choosing should be sized and priced accordingly, but its only 1 size and 1 price. Id say my review of the place is neutral, I'll still order from them time to time.

  Dover Chinese Food is a small take out place in North Nanaimo. They also have a few tables available. Dover's menu is quite large. This is the first Chinese place I tried in Nanaimo after moving here in 2015. The portions are generous and the food is tasty. They had a couple of items I've not seen before. They serve up massive egg rolls and their Hot and Sour soup was nothing like that served down East. Both were very good. Their Singapore noodles were absolutely scrumptious. I must try their Shanghai noodles next time. The people are nice too.

  You guys need to get your sh@$ together! Ordered food at 4PM, said it would be 45minutes. Came at 5PM, said they would be another 10 minutes. Left and came back 30 minutes later. Was told order was not started yet. Left heated, as no management would discuss the problem. Why? Cause they are incompetent, have NO communication skills. Came back 30 minutes later, finally got my food. Almost 2 hours later. Terrible service. New ownership? Maybe. Not getting my business again.
