  Having enjoyed Chicos a couple of times in the past, we ordered the chicken for pickup at a specified time. Picked up the chicken and drove the 5 minutes to home. By this time the chicken was stone cold and the fries tasted like old fries do. We also didn't receive coleslaw as ordered and paid for.. Called in to complain and they admitted to it spending 15 minutes or so in a heat oven (fries especially suck from a heat oven). Only got offered 25% off our next order. There wont be a next order. $32 wasted

  Fries are good if you ask for well done and leave container open... If you like crispy.

  Called as soon as they opened to place a lunch takeout order. This was for a meeting so I wanted to ensure I would be able to get it on time, so I ordered 15 minutes before I needed it. 30 minutes after the pickup time I was on my way back to the office. The food was good but it caused issues waiting that long when I feel I provided adequate time prior to the order. I wont be back on personal time, but I'm sure our company will still order from here in the future because it IS tasty. I'm just going to have to adapt and tell them it is for 30 minutes before I need it to account for the time.

  Pizza was solid mom and pop style: plenty of fresh ingredients, tasty sauce, good dough. It was topping, cheese heavy and therefore moisture rich, pretty soggy crust. I order well done to try and minimize that. Fry bottom when you get home to turn into a five star.

  Ordered Fried chicken and pizza, not as good as I wanted. The fried chicken has a freezer burnt taste and the seasonings is just a few spices off from KFC. The pizza's crust and sauce has a bland taste. However the staff is friendly and the deals look fair. Definitely worth a bite. I just wish the fried chicken and pizza were more flavorful.

  Chicken is near best I've ever had. Breading and seasoning is crispy and flavourful; their sourced chicken is lean and well cooked.
