  Terrible customer service. Rest rooms in awful condition. Urine smell was just filthy. Cashier was rude and messed up the order. When I asked him to correct it he said " no he already cashed it out ". But offered to charge me for the incorrect items. The person filling the order dumped 3 orders of fries out onto the tray and walked away. Kids never got the toys with the kids meals. Tables were dirty. Completely unacceptable.

  I order some food from a person who couldn't speak English and got my order wrong three times. The debit machine screwed up and charged me double on my order. I went in to get a refund and the manager there literally has zero literacy skills in English or French ( to the point she could not read the prices off the signs in front of her). I was refused my refund and told to leave my number. I had to call my bank and have them take care of the refund since this establishment was too incompetent to handle the most rudimentary tasks

  Well, it has been a while since I have gone to Burger King. The last experience was horrid! But I believe there is new owners. The place is super clean again an the bathrooms excellent clean. The food is once again enjoyable. The burger I had was fresh an loaded with goodies. Just like the pictures! Bravo for the good changes. Enjoy!

  Am a big fan of BK when it comes to burgers. But this one is quite far from me so I don't get to enjoy my favourite from there. Bacon double cheese burgers. And there's always Cheeseburger Saturday specials!!

  Very disappointing service and quality, would not recommend, however it's the only Burger King in town. On more than one occasion have had incorrect items in my order. Staff have poor attitude, limited to one container of dip per order, and they are hesitant to correct their mistakes, to the point of arguing over an order of fries. "Are you sure they are not in your vehicle?" Of course I'm sure, you think I want to come inside just to get more fries, I don't need the waste of time, my food is cold enough to begin with. I would avoid this location at all costs. I even tried to call them to let them know about issues I found with my order and only an answering machine. I really hope someone opens a new location in town and runs it correctly. Would give zero stars if possible.
