  One clerk in the store (40s, slim with long blonde hair) has turned into a real "bag" lately. Never smiles and seems to go out her way to avoid helping customers. I don't bother trying to talk to her anymore.

  I couldn't believe it yesterday,,, my favourite drug store,,, shopped there forever,,, spent God no's how much money,, and I was asked to pay for a bag to take my purchase home!!!!!!

  This sounds like a long quibble, Diane. A lot of places are switching to charging for plastic bags. It's a measly nickel or dime for a plastic bag. You should buy a reusable eco bag instead. You'll likely save money in the long run.

  Other than that, staff quite nice overall, especially dark haired, slim woman, with glasses , who is usually at checkout. She is consistently nice.

  One assistant , female, blond is consistently rude & unhelpful. No respect, argumentative. I try to avoid her as much as possible but its not always possible. After multiple negative experiences with her, I've finally had it and am taking my business elsewhere. 20 years with Shoppers. Over, I'm done dodging the few incompetent know it all assistants they hire. I will post her name ASAP. She should be fired, after reading other reviews. I'm clearly not the only customer that is experiencing problems .

  I had a flu shot this week from Tim. I have probably had 10 shots over the years and I just had to say Tims shot was unreal. Did not feel the needle go in and 3 days later no pain in the arm. He is the best. Very nice man and excellent in his field. Thank you Tim. I have been a customer of yours for years and am now moving to Van. You will be missed.

  Did not complete my order, when I questioned why i received a snarky reply. Slim Brunet haired woman smug & condescending. In need of customer relation training. Should be properly trained or fired for her poor attitude & lack of public service skills. She should not be working with the public. Will be complaining to the head manager/owner & will not be returning to this pharmacy. She doesn't seem to care either way, but I believe her boss will & if not the owner.
