  The fish didn't even make the 15 minute ride home before the started looking like they were in major distress. I floated the bag in my tank to acclimate it to tank temp and by the time that was complete, one fish was dead and the other was barely alive. The fish didn't even touch the tank water. I explained this to the man who answered the phone and he said not to worry about bringing in a water sample then, just the fish and the receipt. A few days later, I did just that. I explained the situation to the lady at the counter, she phoned the man I had spoken to earlier and came back with the response that he didn't remember telling me that, and that if I didn't have a water sample all she could do was replace one of the fish with the same type. Not impressed. The fish made it home this time and is being held in a quarantine tank. It all ready looks sick and lethargic. These fish we're clearly sick before purchase and the stress of travel was enough to put them over the edge.

  Cheapest place in town to buy frozen rats for my snake - staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

  Me and my wife were talking about getting one of the rats. The man who I think owns the place walked over and asked if I wanted to see one. I said no, we were just talking. He says "Oh yeah, just talking, huh" in a very condescending tone. He seemed very offended over us simply talking.

  do not buy from here everything is over priced sure there "cute" but isn't any baby animal try adopting or rescuing go to petsmart and adopt plz don't shop here this place is very bad

  Please don't support buying animals from the store they mostly come from breeding mills they are horribly abused. However we still buy all our pet food/toys/bedding from paws n jaws
