  Said it once and will say it again. This place is gross. The people preparing the food weren’t wearing gloves, the bubble tea is sub par, there’s a boy working there who looks like he is biting his nails on the job. It smells disgusting in there. The service takes forever and the food itself is alright but it’s nothing special.

  I had the worst service I've ever had. My friends and I went in for some food and it took them about 15 minutes to grab our orders after asking us over and over what we ordered. When we sat down to eat they kept coming back to ask us questions about our orders. Multiple times. They didn't have ingredients to a lot of items either. Once we got some of our food they messed up on the sauces ordered and forgot about three items of ours all together. One they didn't have ingredients and didn't let us know, the second they didn't season, and the third they didn't charge us for and at this point still expected us to pay for. At this point we asked to speak to a manager and he never came. So we left. Worst service ever, poor people skills, poor menu recognition, and poor execution (half the items were in baskets, half in take out containers) I hate to share such a negative comment but thumbs down. I will say that some of the items were tasty, but nothing special.

  Ate here for the first time not too long ago and were blown away. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. A comprehensive menu. And, above all, amazing food. Mark had the routine and Tee & Timber shared a noodle bowl. So very good. Been dreaming of going back since. :)
