I ordered a mattress and had it delivered this morning. The guys were extremely rude when there was a hold up due to the bed being too big for my boxspring. While on the phone to sleep country trying to decide if they take the mattress or leave it they were talking over top of me and demanding I make up my mind. Awful experience!

We have bought four beds over the years from Sleep Country, the last one was a twin bed for my daughter, she didn’t want her double anymore. When we purchased the new twin the salesperson checked our last purchase and said the frame we had would not work because it was a double/Queen, she said we would have to get a new frame but don’t worry it was a twin/double so if she decided that she wanted a double bed again. Assured us twice it would fit a twin or a DOUBLE. Now we are going to a double and surprise the frame will NOT fit a double bed. It will only fit a twin or a 3/4 bed. When they delivered the bed they took away the old bed and frame, if I had known that the new frame would not expand to a double I would have kept the old frame after all they don’t take up much room. Also bought two sets of sheets for the new twin, was assured they would fit but they don’t. The mattress is too thick and they wouldn’t take them back. Tried to call and talk to the manager but apparently he’s not interested. They will lie to you and rip you off don’t buy here!

I bought a mattress coming up four years ago. It has failed. The springs have bent or something as there is a huge dip on one end. It Fails all the sleep country standards for warranty as described by their website. So I thought I would get compensated. The mattress has a 10 year warranty and the sales rep says I will get a brand new one after I fill in some online paperwork. After taking many photos, submitting 3 different applications, taking more photos using rulers and spot lights (Confirmed 2.5 inch sag), going into the store 4 times, and talking on the phone to customer support, they want to come out and see it. Great. But they can only come at 1-2 pm on Wednesday. They told me to take the day off or leave the door open for them. So I can only get warranty coverage if I lose a day's pay or let some stranger come into my without anyone there?

Bought a bed from Sleep Country Nanaimo two weeks ago, paid the delivery fee and was told it would be delivered the following Wednesday.Got a call from Sleep Country on the Tuesday to let us know that the delivery wouldn't be made until the Wednesday of the next week, but that we would be given a couple of pillows as compensation for the delay. Received a call today telling us that the bed would be delivered as promised this coming Wednesday, but that they couldn't fit the pillows into the delivery vehicle so we're told that we could pick them up at the store.Really?I'll follow up on this review and rating depending on what happens on the scheduled delivery date. So Sleep Country did deliver both the bed and the pillows as promised. It's now one month later and we realized that the bed we selected was too firm for us, so we went back to Sleep Country Nanaimo to select a different bed. This time it was delivered on the scheduled delivery day, and there were no issues at the store regarding the 100 night sleep comfort guarantee. Other than the initial delivery glitch, we are satisfied with the service received at Sleep Country Nanaimo so I've upped the rating.
