  Good location. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are nice but surprisingly lack temperature controls. Parking is additional and you have to walk at least 5 mins to the city lot to get to your car.

  Great view. We paid extra for it but got a locals discount so it was a good deal. You can get to the Nanaimo conference centre without going outside, if you're willing to 2 elevators and traverse the parking garage.

  We stayed here twice. Wonderful location with plenty to see and do within a comfortable walk. The rooms are very nice with pleasant views. Service was uneven, but always adequate. The restaurant looks good, but we had other plans and did not get to eat there. Coupons are provided at check in.

  Stayed here courtesy of my company for a Christmas Staff party that was held in the banquet hall. Good food. Room was nice and big. TV selection was nice. View was pretty good. Cozy room overall and big nice looking bathroom with a decent sized tub, also had a foyer in our room with a weird modern art statue shown in the picture I uploaded. Overall I would stay here again.

  Better than I expected, it is in an older building but they've done very well to keep it up. The little things like pump bottles of soap in the shower, the style of coffee maker in the room, and the attention to detail when cleaning are appreciated. I've gotten used to scratchy robes, towels and linens that are just slightly past the point where I'd throw them away, but I didn't find that here- thanks for the great night!
