  This store is fantastic! I enjoy going to this store every single time I want to purchase jewllery for myself or for my girlfriend. The manager and the staff are very friendly and make sure they always find something that is within my price range. I would reccomend this store to anyone who's wanting top quality service and a wide selection of jewllery.

  My husband and I recently visited the Nanaimo store regarding a wedding ring repair. The ring is over 40 years old. The service that we encountered was truly exceptional. Diane was so very helpful and accommodating which was really appreciated . Davina and Nina attended to us on the pick up of the ring and they kindly cleaned my engagement ring and another necklace to match the sparkle of my repaired ring. I can't thank everyone enough at the Nanaimo store for their wonderful service. I look forward to spreading the word about the great service at Paris Jewellers in Nanaimo to anyone who will listen!   I bought a promise ring for my girlfriend for 430$ and told me they would size it for free, we came in a few days later for measurments to resize it,and they told me cause we r going down 2 sizes i would have to pay an extra 100$ :(

  A bad word travels much faster a good one.... U think they would have learned that by now,but apparently they dont care about their customers.
