    An agent with serious attitude show up at the Mitsubishi dealership in Nanaimo. We ensured the new vehicle and she was supposed to cancel the old insurance. She did return the plates to ICBC but never bothered to cancel the insurance. Terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere

    Very nice and friendly office but unfortunately I have struggled during a recent claim with no support offered when I needed it. One broker actually laughed at me when I asked if they could assist and responded that her job is only to sell me the policy and nothing else. Very upsetting for sure especially when I have been a client of hers for over 12 years.
