  They have some really nice stuff,and they do have good sales.Have bought lamps,a. Chair,ottamon.kitchen accessories.towels bedding ,food stuff and have never returned anything .

  I love coming to Home Outfitters. They have super sales all year, huge selection of quality bedding, kitchenware, tableware. Monthly coupons add to the already good prices. And the staff are so helpful.

  Having had an experience in another Home Outfitters store (Tillicum mall) that was less than helpful and as a result ended up with three of the four bar stools purchased being faulty (gas lift inoperable on assembly) we decided to reach out to the store near our new home and met the Manager Kris who was like a total breath of fresh air and had customer service smarts beyond belief. Resolved our issues by exchanging the bases for bases that worked and all done in a professional and exceptional way. She may be new to Home Outfitters but not new to how a customer should be viewed and how to achieve total satisfaction. She is probably the best retail professional I have met in years and the company is very fortunate to have her as an exec. Well done Kris. You will be very successful. Bob & Jo H
