  I would rate this lower if not for the nice people in the pharmacy. I was a patient at this clinic for over 15yrs and saw the dysfunction and endorsement of pharma companies. What did it for me was my experience as a trans women, more then once I was treated like a grotesque, a specimen and rudely handled. " Nedham " please beware of that name he almost cost me my life and could care less. This man should not be allowed practice. There are monsters out there and this character fits the bill. Go to another clinic where you will be treated more respectful and your health put first.

  My grandma waited an hour for her scheduled appointment at which point the doctor quietly called her name which she didn't hear because she can't hear well. The doctor disappeared. If it weren't for the person waiting with her she wouldn't have known it was her turn or made it to the doctor because of how unwell she is. Really disappointed and I hope she never goes to this doctor again.

  I like my doctor but it’s impossible to get through to someone on the phone. Called and waited on hold forever. It’s been two days of trying. Gonna have to physically go there to make one. Really inconvenient.

  Would rate lower if we could. Wait time are insane, 2 hour wait for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. They over book which is what causes this problem. Staff can be rude, which hey I get it, you have a lot of cranky sick people in there but maybe if you don't over book and stuff them into cramped uncomfortable waiting areas they might be less so. To make the Waiting rooms worse there is little or nothing to entertain children, not a great combo when you make said child wait that long. The saddest part all it was for was for a referral, the doctor was sent the info by another organization asking the doctor to refer us to a pediatrician.... Why the F do we need to go in for an appointment for that?

  A fax was sent from my pharmacy to clarify an error made in the prescription by my doctor. The fax was sent two days ago. Yesterday the doctors nurse told me at 0845 the fax was on the doctors desk! It was not signed as of 2 pm. I called the office at 4 pm still no fax was signed. I was told to go back to my pharmacy and have the fax recent. Today more inane run around by sop port staff with no 'how can I help you' attitude. Try another clinic before booking here! Very poor and rude service.
