  Called in to see if a Van is available & they said it was. They said they could hold it for me & I was in my vehicle ready to leave when u called. 15 mins later when I arrived to Rona for vehicle they had me waiting at the front desk at for 15 mins before someone came to tell me the news of the the van already gone.. They have terrible customer service & not nearly enough staff. Shouldn't of had to wait for the news nor the should of told me first come first first serve... Terrible place to go.. & not my first time having issues with this Rona. Don't shop here if you can help it!

  I Love going to this Rona, the staff are so friendly and helpful if you need their help and the product selection is really good

  Went on a Wednesday afternoon with a picture from Pinterest! Found multiple staff more than willing to help me find what I needed. Yard guys were beyond amazing about getting me just the right posts for my project (even did some digging).

  The few staff who work here are friendly and helpful. However, the store is chronically understaffed. The shelves are disorganized, selection is poor, and the prices are not competitive. The only reason to go is that it is the only South End hardware store.

  Not a great selection over all but recycled paint is the way to go! Inexpensive too.
