  I was on time for my 3pm appointment on October 7th 2017 , the girls did no greet me even though they greeted everyone else that walked though the doors , after waiting about 5 min without anyone acknowledging a returning customer , the stylist did not introduce herself ( still don't know her name but I will find out and call the manager , if any ) she hated me from the start even though all I asked for was a wash and a trim , she barely washed my hair , splashed water in my eyes ( all without apologizing , it wasn't such a big deal until it felt like she was doing it on purpose ) . After explaining to her what look i was going for she then imposed what she usually does and didn't even ask me if that was ok with me . I like my hair to be cut while wet and she did exactly the opposite . That girl poked my eye while doing her rough job on my hair , I have never been handled by an amateur stylist so horribly . She was talking to other customers and did no speak a word to me, and lets not forget that she smelled horribly too with her arm pits all over my face .

  The barber that cut my hair was really careless and when I told her to make it thin in the front and fade into a thicker section in the back, she just cut all of my side off, but did the right side correctly. I recommend going to another mastercuts in Victoria or Vancouver. I wish I never got my hair cut today.

  Got charged 12$ for flat iron finish when she didn't do my whole hair just the top very quickly when i told her i didn't like the freeze .

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The rudest staff I've ever met. Walked in with hair that had been messed up from a previous dye job and all I got was several of the bitchiest women I've ever met gang up on me to tell me how bad it was and how dumb I was to have this person do my hair. I thought, if anything, it was a funny mistake! I walked in laughing and came out crying. Rave to Rutherford hairstylists though! They fixed it and then some and thought it was just as funny as I did.

  Called ahead and was told to be there in 30 minutes. Showed up on time and was told it would be at least an hour wait.

  Went in today to get my daughters hair cut and coloured. She wanted a blue ombre look but with her having red tints she risked it going another colour. Rea was very helpful and helped us pick out an amazing red. Even thou we only booked for 2 hours Rea was amazing as it turned out to be a 4 hour ordeal. My daughter has a ton of hair. The end result was out standing. We now have a new hair dresser .. Great work Rea!
