  Went for a styled cut..... the lady with all the tattoos could not follow a picture I gave to her and cut an extra 1.5 inches off of my bangs.... then told me that that's what the pitcher looks like.... it did not at all..... she ruined my hair.... thank god there was another women there to save my hair cut. Now I will have to wait 3 months for my bangs to grow back..... do not use this lady on top of it she was rude and told me that they are just a barber shop..... so does that mean women should not go there? She should not be working there

  I use to spend $50 for a hair cut and I receive the same quality hair cut but I no longer need to wait, make an appointment a month a head of time, and it takes half the time in the salon.

  Darn ... after driving 10 minutes to Great Clips, discovered that I forgot my coupon at home, was told that they would not give me the cut at the same price without the coupon in hand, and sent me home to retrieve it ... all while 5 'stylists' sat with no one in their chairs.
