  Whoever answered the phone was extremely unhelpful as if she didn't care - turned me right off so will take my business elsewhere - too bad the first impression stopped with just a phone inquiry.

  If you need a haircut meet Ashley, she is the best. She discusses about your hair and what will look good and how she will go through the haircut. Best part is you get free touch ups anytime.

  Had to haircut a while ago by owner, she shouldn't be cutting hair not sure if she knows exactly what she's doing it was coloured the wrong tone they tried to fix it twice !! and it still wasn't right. Don't do something to someone's hair if you can't accomplish it properly! Their excuse was you can't get the proper tone The first time around. I've had numerous places get my blonde to where it needs to be the first time crazy excuse!

  Have been going here for years! Hands down best salon in Nanaimo, reasonable prices and if you have long hair - they don't cut it all off!!!
