  Overall its a pretty good gym. I have never experienced anything but incredible staff. They are very friendly and seem to enjoy being there. The equipment is a bot older, but as of recently restoration has begun. This is one of my favorite gyms I have held membership at.

  Everything you need at a very low cost. Friendly staff, clean facilities Patrons knowledgeable in the Gym etiquette of headphones in means "please leave me alone," Like a few months in and not once have I had to pretend I only speak french to be left alone. 10/10

  I went to look into working out and ask a few questions, very friendly and helpful, offered a 21 day free trial. I have been going for about two weeks now and have decided to sign up. Good equipment, friendly staff. Looking forward to getting healthy. No pressure here to sign contracts or to gain access to my bank account.

  WOW! really really impressed. 21 day free trial, no contract even if you do want to sign up, $20 a month or $5 a week if you do. Tons of equipment and even a seperate womens only space with tons of equipment. Friendly staff. Wish I had found it sooner! Love!

  The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff are really friendly and competent. The owner Robert is really nice person. So overall it feel really good to support a local business with amazing people.
