  Once we made the decision to build a home it was without question that we would use Westmark Construction. From the onset of the project, we were very confident that Westmark would be able to deliver the home we wanted. We were given a construction schedule at the beginning outlining all of the progress details and what decisions needed to be made at different dates. Whenever we felt overwhelmed, we would go back to the schedule to get back on track. In times of indecision when we asked for advice from Chris or any of the capable tradespeople we were most impressed by the recommendations.

  Several years later, we decided to build our home and Westmark Construction was our logical choice. With Chris Lundy and Eldon Bueckert overseeing our project, the building process with Westmark Construction was smooth, efficient and well organized. There was excellent communication with our architect, Dennis Moore and our interior designer, Tracy Higgins. The trades people and staff of Westmark Construction were all first class. Overall, it was a very enjoyable process.

  Aside from quality and timeliness, perhaps one of the other most impressive aspects about the Westmark experience is their valued response to various requests throughout the process. In addition to providing us with great advice and insight, they were responsive to various inquiries from others including, for example, designers, engineers, and city planners. It was clear in these meetings that Westmark is highly regarded by such other professionals in the community, and is well known for their expertise in development, and in providing quality construction. This level of professionalism, in maintaining a high level of service and responsivity throughout the whole process, and in providing quality workmanship, further secured our confidence in Wesmtark’s team, and trust in their commitment to quality and excellence.

  When My husband and I were committed to the idea of a shingle sided home but did not have the additional budget required, Chris came up with the option of having us dip our shingles. We of course were most impressed when Chris and his wife Andrea actually came over one evening and helped in the process. This of course was above and beyond the call of duty and exemplifies the pride and care Chris takes into each project to ensure that his clients are happy with the end result in their home.

  We contracted Westmark Construction to build our custom home in 2004. It was a complicated architectural design which Westmark approached professionally and confidently. They used well qualified and highly competent subcontractors, quality materials and were fully available to discuss the plans with the architect. Construction work began at the end of 2004 and finished on time and within budgetary parameters in 2005.

  We can only speak highly of the whole construction process; from communication with the office and the construction foreman; to the obvious pride and attention to detail of the various subcontractors regarding their work; the quality of the materials used; the timeliness of the process; the forewarning of necessary decisions on our part; as well as follow up with Westmark once the project was completed. Some people will tell you that building a home can be a stressful and agonizing process however our experience was quite the opposite due to our choice of a high quality contractor. Westmark made the whole process very positive.
