    I've been employed with saywell developments for over 4 years. I've been in the trade since 2008 I haven't been with the company that it said been run so well and professionally. The crew is very friendly well prepared and into customer service. All the work is done in the timelines that are asked and done very professionally

    Don't buy your home from these developers. They have shottie workmanship and refuse to complete repairs. Cheryl Saywell the wife of the family operated company is nice until the purchase is final.

    Poorly operated...lot's of ongoing confusion once your home is purchased. Lot's of repairs neglected. We don't recommend this development company.

    I am blown away with my new renovations. I had many contractors come and give me ridiculous quotes and some were even unsure on how to do the project. A friend referred me to Donny Saywell and Ill never get anyone else to do any future work for me again. Thank you Saywell team!
