  I bought the 625 sectional leather couch. Although I had to order 4 couches before one showed up without any defects, Aaron was professional and always polite in finding a near flawless couch for me. When it came to the delivery, I live in an older apartment building, so the space they had to move the sectional in was very tight and challenging to work with. Aaron’s delivery staff (Brian) showed no fear and knew exactly how best to maneuver the couch up the stairs and in the hallway, ultimately making its way right into my living room. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and did not express any dislike with the task at hand. It was an extremely challenging space and they did an exceptional job. I cannot express my thanks to this team enough.

  From the couch selection, to the ordering, to the delivery, these guys showed knowledge of the product, always displayed professionalism, were easy to work with and were determined to make sure the customer (me) was 100% satisfied with the end product. Knowing that staff had my best interest in mind, I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a couch to consider ScanDesigns Furniture. Thanks again Aaron and Brain. Job well done!

  So rarely these days do you find yourself excited by your shopping experience, feeling that you are being treated very specially by people who actually care not only about your shopping experience but what will really work for you. This weekend was a rare occasion and it happened at Scan Design in Nanaimo BC. We dealt with a very knowledgeable Julie and in the background her colleague Aaron. We were buying a sideboard and dining table for our new home but also were looking for a specific Sectional and Sofa. The first two were easy as we know exactly what we wanted. Julie listened to our description of the section but in the background Aaron knew exactly what we were talking about and went off to the warehouse area and started unwrapping a newly arrived piece. Long story short we bought the piece and additionally a made to order/matching sofa. These guys know how to be around people, when to give them some space and when to interject with ideas. They are not snapping at your heels and bugging you - they behaved just how you hope they will. Kudos to these two and to Scan Design for the amazing way they do business. Julie is one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. We are grateful to both of them for making parting with nearly $8K and fantastic experience.
