  Stephanie and the team at Island Furniture were great in helping us choose new living room furniture. Stephanie is very laid back and not at all a pushy salesperson yet she knows her product and what she doesn't know she will find out for you in no time.

  I have now purchased two items from Island Home Furniture and I can't say enough good things about the staff! Bruce helped me find a bed within my budget (no easy task I must say) and Sunny was very patient while I decided on a futon purchase. Excellent customer service and the guys who delivered both pieces were early with the delivery. I highly recommend Island Home Furniture for 5 star customer service and no pressure sales!

  Great local place to buy furniture! We were searching for Vancouver Island made and these guys carry Tree Fever, an awesome handmade furniture maker out of Black Creek. The service from Sunny at Island Home Furniture was great - he's knowledgeable and easy to work with, seeking to find something that works for you for a good price.

  I had a fantastic experience at Island Home Furniture--there is a huge election of well-made quality furniture, and the staff (family-run business) are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, without being pushy at all. My dad had a similar excellent experience and referred me, and I just bought a sectional and a sofa bed, and would not hesitate to recommend this place to others. They really understand what it means to provide excellent customer service, and it is obvious they love what they do.

  Best shopping experience ever! There was no pressure from the sales team, we could walk around comfortably looking at furniture. However that being said when we had questions the sales team were right there. They answered all of our questions, patiently went through different swatches and options, and never did we feel stress to purchase. We ordered a number of items and we can honestly say that they have a good sharp pencil and gave us a very fair price. We would be neglect not to personally Thank Bruce, he is an exceptional sales person. We would not hesitate to recommend Island Home Furniture to family or friends. If you are in the furniture market, please give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

  My only complaint was that we were not able to purchase an ottoman in the height we desired because the manufacture only makes certain heights. This however is not the fault of Island Home Furnishings. That's the only reason I'm giving them a 4 and not a 5z
