  We live in Australia and ordered flowers for family in hospital in Nanaimo. When the particular arrangement we wanted was not available, we received an immediate email from Sandra who helped us choose something just as lovely. Empowering local business and enjoying one-to-one service are very important to me, especially being out of country most of the time. These guys are simply the best.
