  We (Guy and myself)scheduled a car alarm installation on my truck for the following day and they didn't show up nor call me to postpone/cancel, store was locked up tight even though the posted hours stated it was open. Granted the weather was not perfect in the morning, 1-2cms of snow had fallen, but the roads were good and clear and it was easy driving for anyone from North America with winter experience.

  So I saw Steve Aaen's negative review. I can't speak to the circumstances that would have prevented Guy or Josh from being able to show up that day. But I can speak to how they both went above and belond for my family.

  Barring a family emergency this is completely unacceptable behaviour of a business. Sad as I wanted to spend my hard earned money at their shop but they don't seem to want it. I'll take my business elsewhere, where the shops are professional and their attitude/ethics reflect this.

  Guy knows his stuff. Works hard to make sure you are happy and does the job right the first time. Been shopping here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

  In August 2016, they did a great install job on my son's car. He wrote the car off a couple of weeks later on September 1st in Parksville, where we live. I scrambled to help my son get something cheap and reliable so he could go to school in Victoria. Guy and Josh drove to Parksville and took the stereo system out of the old car and reinstalled it in the new ride and didn't finish until well after dark. In my driveway no less.
