    I love this store. It's the number one music store in Nanaimo. I didn't buy anything but the Customer Service exceeded my expectations. These people have true passion for music and equipment.

    Stars for being one of the more friendly L&M's Iv'e ventured. Though, one (used) bass I was very interested in, had absolutely dead strings. So it was difficult to examine the other aspects of the instrument with failing strings. I asked if some new ones could put on, and they said they didnt want to invest in the instrument.. I ended up getting my own strings from the car, and the bass was fantastic, ended up buying it. Was a bit disheartening though, felt like I just bought a bass with no strings on it... Other than that, staff was very helpful through the buying process.

    Love the staff here, they are always super helpful and friendly. They even let us take some pallets for a few woodworking projects! Great place :)
