  Amazing doctor! Found him by happenstance from an urgent care doctor who is his personal friend and requested he see me. Dr Dumper is my fourth ENT and is determined to find a diagnosis. All previous ENT's have taken a look shook there head and shrugged their shoulders not taken the time to get to the bottom of the problem.

  BEWARE !!! Unbelievably unprofessional staff. I watched my GP make a referral & the receptionist lied & said she never received it in a condescending & rude manner. I've never complained about medical service before, but this was the worst experience I have had with the health industry.

  Horrible experience. Didn't offer any advice whatsoever or encouragement for the condition I'm dealing with . Completely dismissed me from his office. Also cannot get his office to fax refferals

  Dr. Dumper is efficient and always on time. I have never waited more than five minutes usually just about walking right in. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and smiling!

  The staff is extremely discourteous, arrogant, and obnoxious. It's a very poorly run clinic. Don't waste your time here. They don't care about patients. Any good reviews they likely wrote themselves.

  ******THIS OFfICE can be hard to find, it is on the East side of the Old Island Highway between Terminal Park Mall and Brookslanding Mall sharing the BCGEU building. Get in the right lane at Terminal Park at it is on the right just past Terminal Park Mall. The office is just before where the left hand turning lane off the highway is but he is on the RIGHT.

  Dr, Dumper's staff have always fit me in when things flare up so he can see what is happening with his own eyes helping in diagnosis.

  Was dismissed by the Dr. as being difficult because he could not diagnose me. I had to advocate for myself and found the problem was just as I suspected. Cervical forminal stenosis causing the sounds and pain in my ears.
