  Receptionist who books appointment seems extremely rude and not helpful at all, very difficult to book an appointment in general.

  I had my first fillings there at 17 years old. I didn't know I had a family history of painkiller resistance. I cried the who time and even though they never stopped drilling they didn't stop asking me stupid questions like "are you fighting with your bf? Is school stressing u out". And the secretary told me my bf left so I walked all the way home crying afterwards. But he was furious because he specifically told her he was going across the street to do something and he was coming right back. I've been going to Dr Senini ever since.

  Very warm atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Beautiful office. Dentists and assistants were absolutely wonderful. Very, very gentle with my cavity riddled teeth, no pain at all! Best part is when I told them I have no dental insurance, we worked out a plan on how to fix my teeth and keep with my very low budget. Would recomend to anyone, who like me, is very anxious about dentists

  This has been my dentist office since I moved to Nanaimo. It was recommended by a family member, and I really like it. Front desk staff are friendly, and very accommodating... Even when my benefits provider is being complicated! My dentist himself is excellent, and very thorough. The hygienists are all great, and take great care. All in all, highly recommended! One of the best dental clinics I've ever been with!
