  I cannot say enough about Tim's!! I highly suggest that anyone looking for a used car or any type of repair visit this shop. I bought a commuter car for school here and have been extremely happy with the car and my dealings with the shop since. Vanessa at the front desk is knowledgable and extremely entertaining and Dave and the rest of the crew are fantastic. The best experience, like dealing with family!

  I accompanied a friend of mine, inquiring about a vehicle through Tim's Auto., test drove a sale vehicle, took it to a good friend/trusted (licensed) mechanic of ours, who mentioned a couple faults to simply inquire about, (before we made it known who we took it to) "Dave" slandered them (calling them a "backyard mechanic" and so on) we found that very unprofessional yet stayed rational ourselves for business, noticed some tension after that. Dave stated that he couldn't note a problem yet it was quite noticeable to 4 other people (including an employee), we came back to inquire more on this vehicle after it was looked at in the shop they said. "Al" stated the problem would be fixed after we proven him the issue. He assured the issue to be looked at and fixed, he stated their mechanics applied lubricant, we test drove it again afterwards, the problem was not fixed. Sounded like a missing rubber bushing perhaps, {according to our friend- would be a easy fix but labor would be high} it would have been more businesslike for them to simply acknowledge and treat the issue. They refused to admit anything was wrong mechanically and refused the VERY reasonable offer which was much higher than "blue book" value and matched their asking price (taxes not included and they officially resolve the issue.)
