  I send & choose mid island collision to repair my car coz i read all the good comments here but unfortunately i am not satisfied, my front bumper cover wasnt replace and stcking out, its anoying everytime i see it.so frustrated

  This year my car got hit twice. Once while it was parked and on another occasion I got rear-ended. On 2 separate claims, Mid-Island Collision did the paint both times and did an excellent job both times. I found the staff polite and the entire operation was well organized. For each repair, it took three visits: 1 estimate, 1 drop-off and 1 pick-up and the visits only took a few minutes each time. The car was clean/washed for pick-up. It's a pain to get your car worked on but they minimized the hassle. I would strongly recommend them.

  Ralph has always given me extra-mile, personal and courteous service. Today at Mid-Island, my loose bumper got tightened in ten spots, without delay and at no charge, because he knows that when I have a real fender bender, I'll come back to where I'm treated best. You guys have top people.
