  Had the car in this morning and was really impressed with the exceptional customer service from Ernie and quick turnaround on the repair from the guys in the shop, despite being short staffed. Whether it was booking the appointment, dropping the car off, or picking it up, all interactions were extremely pleasant, welcoming, and professional. More and more these days, top notch service levels are rare. I would highly recommend Budget Brake and Muffler in Nanaimo, they stand out from the crowd!

  Visited this place multiple times now with a few different vehicles. The service is always stellar! They are professional, quick and make you feel valued... however the prices seemed a little hefty. I had an almost identical job done at another shop for much less money and equal quality repair. Unfortunately I left every time wondering if I paid borderline too much for what was done. Service left me feeling warm and fuzzy but the prices certainly did not. Very expensive. I might even risk saying, overpriced.
