  We've been taking our vehicles to Dale and his mechanics for over ten years now. They have been consistently thorough and honest. They know we like to keep our vehicles for a long time and keep them well-maintained - but within our budget. So they give us a complete rundown of any work that is needed, and let us know when things should be fixed sooner, and when they can be safely deferred for a planned repair later on. This is exactly what we look for in an auto maintenance shop, to keep our vehicles safely and reliably on the road.

  You should definitely PASS on using this shop! I contacted Dale about an oil change, using oil and filtre that I would provide. His response was NO! My plan was a test to see if he would extend me the courtesy of providing this service. I even offered to pay extra for his lost profit due to me providing the parts. It is good business practice to fulfill the needs of your customers even when the job is a small one. You lack integrity if your "only" reason for being in business is money, money, money. You must truly "care" about people and endeavour to provide them with excellent service whenever it is required of you. The truth is that my car requires extensive mechanical repairs plus regular maintenance. As Dale is unwilling to undertake a minor service for me, then I certainly will not engage him to carry-out more costly major repairs. If he wants my patronage he has to earn it. As a result of his lack of integrity and foresight, I simply found a repair shop that put "my" needs ahead of their hunger for profit. I am an automobile enthusiast and I own a car for the pleasure it provides me, not because I need transportation.

  I think this is a good shop. Owner seems pretty honest and doesn't try to convince you to do unnecessary work.
