  Got undercoating here for $250. Took awhile to pay since it was quite busy but it was worth it. The Steve Madden facility is quite large, lots of people. I am actually surprised I didn't literally get lost. I think overall it was a generally good experience.

  I live in Arizona and was visiting a friend in Nanaimo about a month ago. A tire low pressure light came on while driving around town, so we went to the Steve Marshall Lincoln service department. We thought we'd be there for an hour or two, but the service department hopped right on it, checked the tire out for leaks, found that it was a leak in the valve stem, replaced it, and we were out of there in no time. The staff was competent, friendly, and helpful - and I'm very grateful to them for their wonderful and expedient service. An excellent service department!

  Marie your all horrible. I filed a complaint through a Ford executive Canada. If they have enough complaints this dealer will be closed. So I urge you to call. I know their is lots of people who suffered the same. I wrote this because someone I knew worked there. They told me they did this too lots of people and lots of humble honest people quit. They also resold our old truck to someone with a slow leaking radiator. When I asked did they fix it they said we didn’t know of any leak even though I showed them the paper work from a reputable mechanic shop.

  You want to know the truth the whole place is disrespectful. Randy the financial guy not only made us feel belittled but he continued to ask my wife for permission to do add ons. So we bought a brand new f150 after all extras and tax we spent 90000 dollars. You would think they would give you the best possible experience. Nope they pushed us for our old truck after we singed paper work and they gave us our custom truck scratched up,there has been nothing but unprofessional and stupid people through this whole company. I mean they forgot to test drive our truck after we added a 20000 dollar lift kit the tires scraped the wheel wells the second we picked it up there a joke. All steve marshal ford companies are the worst and this is a fact ask the other ford locations. Please go to another place where they respect you and treat your fair.
