  If I could put zero stars I would - they are so friendly when your buying your car but forget about customer service once you actually have to use the warranty. I have had several bad experiences at the Nanaimo location with my car including doing extra work and then charging extra when it’s time to pay, making me wait 2.5 hours for an oil change, forgetting to put back mats when doing a detailing, and refusing to take extended warranty, BUT we are still paying for the extended warranty in our payments. Time and time again I’m disappointed in the service here and I understand that things happen, but the more I deal with Nanaimo Toyota, the more I feel I’m just being jerked around for more money.

  Received fantastic service from the Service Team, especially Tyler. Came in with an issue that initially looked like it was rat damage. The team were able to get my vehicle in to check it out and determine that it wasn't an issue with rats chewing and was something much simpler (much to my relief). Great team there that have always looked after me.

  I did the paperwork with Morgan and she was very patient, friendly and informative. Buying a brand truck was an intimidating process for me. There were, as to be expected, a lot of signatures and initials and numbers flying around. Morgan help keep me grounded and worked at my pace of fully understand the commitment.

  The whole dealership was extremely professional and helpful with the purchase of my new 4Runner. Jeffery Kao in particular was very knowledgeable about the 4Runner and guided me through all the features of this fantastic vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great product and appreciates a great dealership and staff.

  Another fabulous servicing of my Toyota on Nov. 28th! Leroy and his staff are totally amazing. They are all extremely courteous, friendly, obliging, efficient and attentive.   Very friendly and informative. Jeffery Kao did a fantastic job at going over the vehicle with zero pressure to purchase or to take the next step. He listened to what my needs in a truck were and through process of elimination we narrowed it down to one, which I then purchased. Jeffery was easy to work with, very professional, respectful and also casual.
