  The dealership itself backed me out of buying the new Mitsubishi outlander PHEV because they grilled me on where I was obtaining my money, played stock games with me, and were rude. The money I brought to the table wasn't good enough. No diplomacy at all, and absolute lack of respect for my potential purchase. (One that I had ordered and placed a deposit on already). Treated awful.

  I honestly couldn't be happier with my brand new Mitsubishi Lancer... the whole team is so amazing, everyone was so helpful and down to earth. They helped me get out of a vehicle I didn't love at all into my dream car!!!

  I recently purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer Black Edition from the Mitsubishi in Nanaimo. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I got into the car I wanted. I have always loved Mitsubishi cars and highly recommend them and the Nanaimo dealership. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You cannot beat the warranty that comes with Mitsubishi's cars. I drove from Duncan, and it was worth the trip. I dealt with Andrew and Chris, both very nice, helpful and ensured we were taken care of.No pressure sale was straight forward. I highly recommend going to this dealership, even if you are just looking, because of the great customer service.

  I just purchased a 2018 RVR here. Friendly, courtesy staff able to provide answers to all my questions. The store gave me a great trade in and took great care explaining my options. I want to thank Roland and all the team for their help. I would strongly recommend meeting this team if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
