  I attempted to drive to Victoria,on the highway something wasn’t right and one of the tires was making a sound that indicted a problem. Five times I returned with a request to solve the problem. At best I was given polite lip service and was asked what would I like to do. I’m not a mechanic.Eventually I went to Discovery Honda for help.

  Every single time I deal with the service department I leave wishing I never had to come back. (I only go there for recall work). They waste your time. From waiting for the service manager to serve you, because clearly the others behind the desk are not aloud or to afraid, to needing to leave your car with them for far longer then it takes to work on it are repeat experiences I have had.
