  The one thing most people despise about car shopping is the pressure from the sales people. However, Kassandra's warm friendly enthusiasm made it a very enjoyable experience.

  If anyone is looking into buying a car, any dealership will do, but if you want an experience that makes it fun, and personable, go see Kassandra. She definitely is an asset to Harris Mazda, and I would speak with her again for any future purchases.

  My wife and I just bought our third vehicle through Harris Mazda, there must be a reason we keep coming back! This time we were on the hunt for a Van but not just any van ... a Mazda 5! We have had credit issues in the past and Pat and Amy with Island car credit were always there to help and give advice on how to make our credit better! Pat did everything he could to get us into the van of our dreams. We walked away happy customers and are loving our purchase. We even went back the next day to clarify some things we didn’t understand and they were there every step of the way. We never once felt pushed and left happy. We will be back for our fourth in a few years!

  Incredibly poor customer service. Cannot believe how I was treated and led on and lied to. Will never return nor recommend. Go to Courtenay Mazda it's always worth the extra drive.
