  Passing through on a bike tour this summer with mechanical issues. They we super busy but still managed to replace a broken spoke on the spot. Super friendly and fun staff, they would be my store if I lived in nanaimo.

  I love this bike shop! The owners and employees are kind and so helpful and the prices in the store are so reasonable! I will never shop anywhere else, this bike shop is the best one in town!

  Brought my bike in on two different occasions and got fast and excellent service. Very approachable employees and reasonable prices on merchandise too, managed to pick up some awesome stocking stuffers for the family.
