  Got charged 12$ for flat iron finish when she didn't do my whole hair just the top very quickly when i told her i didn't like the freeze .

  went to the cashier to pay , the stylist quickly went on the help the next customer and didn't even look at me lol her coworker that had as horrible pink hair as she did didn't even talk either and smirked at the other stylist, not very smooth that one .

  The stylist was friendly but seemed to feel she knew best, didn't look at the pics I brought. I wanted some highlights - no stripes! I got stripes. And they are blondie-gold. My hair is dark...I asked for barely there. It has been 2 weeks and I'm going to have to cut off all of my length to get rid of this cut...it is suspiciously mullet-y. Avoid!

  Don't go there except for getting your hair cut my Kaylea, she charged me properly, talked to me the whole time and seemed to have a little bit of an interest as to what i was looking for, she was the reason I wanted to come back. the other girls just don't know what they are doing .

  I was on time for my 3pm appointment on October 7th 2017 , the girls did no greet me even though they greeted everyone else that walked though the doors , after waiting about 5 min without anyone acknowledging a returning customer , the stylist did not introduce herself ( still don't know her name but I will find out and call the manager , if any ) she hated me from the start even though all I asked for was a wash and a trim , she barely washed my hair , splashed water in my eyes ( all without apologizing , it wasn't such a big deal until it felt like she was doing it on purpose ) . After explaining to her what look i was going for she then imposed what she usually does and didn't even ask me if that was ok with me . I like my hair to be cut while wet and she did exactly the opposite . That girl poked my eye while doing her rough job on my hair , I have never been handled by an amateur stylist so horribly . She was talking to other customers and did no speak a word to me, and lets not forget that she smelled horribly too with her arm pits all over my face .

  I absolutely am in love with my hair when I leave this location.. Randy is an amazing colour technician and I highly recommend her, and the staff is always friendly and inviting.

  I went here based on the reviews and I was not disappointed!! Kettie did an amazing job cutting my hair! Kettie was honest with me on what would work with my hair ( thank you!) and gave me a hair cut that I love. ❤ Went from hating my hair, to the point I havent let anyone touch it in over a year, to loving it. She shared her wisdom ( she really knows what shes doing) and really took the time. I felt like a princess when I left! I will definitly be returning and highly recommend Kettie!

  I have thick,coarse curly long hair. I have not had my hair cut for years and I went to see Kettie. I asked her to give me a short cut and she explained and showed me how and why that would not work with my hair type!! She trimmed off all my dead hair and I received a beautiful style that allows me to just wash and wear my hair. I get compliments on my hair. I found out Kettie is no longer there and I am stressing on where to get my hair done as after years of searching I finally found someone that actually knows my hair!! I am at a loss as to what to do!!
