    I feel robbed by TD bank for dinging me with 100 dollars in fees for one month and making no effort to contact me. I am giving this branch a bad rating because of the way they treated me in the branch. And when I said I was closing my account the customer service representative seemed happy! Basically if you want to get ripped off, argued with and told that it's your fault that they stole money from you, this bank is for you. Otherwise go to CIBC. Excellent customer service at the country club location.

    Was lied to buy a staff member (Faye) over a policy.. Shady business practises such a disappointment coming from a large bank this branch is offul avoid this place at all cost.

    The lady Jenny C. Is a winner and is doing CIBC a big favor by chasing customers in that direction.....where do they find these people.

    The bank machine took all the cash I was depositing into my account and didn't register it. So the machine kept all the cash I had and there is no one to call or help.

    I have been dealing with this branch for 3 years and staff are always very helpful. Great service!
